Onboarding & KYB
We verify your business credentials, importer licences, and beneficial ownership before opening a wholesale or OEM account. Typically 5–10 business days.

Selection or design
Pick from our 22K and 18K seasonal collections, or share a brief and our atelier will produce a CAD render and physical sample.

Quotation & contract
Per-piece pricing locked against the day's gold rate. Standard terms: 30% on order, 70% before despatch — settled through formal banking channels.

Production & QA
Hand-finishing in our Jakarta atelier with stone-setting, polishing and karat-assay verification. Each piece hallmarked with maker mark and karat.

Branded packaging
Pieces tagged, certified and packed in retail-ready or branded packaging according to your specification.
06
Insured export
Customs clearance, full export documentation, and insured airfreight via Brink's or Sequel — door-to-door to your warehouse or store.
