Our standard production is 22K (916) and 18K (750). For OEM orders we can also produce 21K (875) and 14K (585) on request.

Are pieces hallmarked?

Yes. Every piece is hallmarked with maker mark, karat stamp and production year, and accompanied by an independent assay certificate at despatch.

Can you produce stone-set pieces?

Yes. We offer prong, bezel, channel, pavé and traditional kundan setting. Stones can be supplied by us or by you.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQs vary by collection — typically 10 pieces per design for 22K Heritage and 20 pieces per design for 18K Modern. Confirmed at quote.

What is the lead time?

Standard lead time for collection orders is 4–6 weeks from confirmed PO and deposit. OEM orders run 8–12 weeks from sample sign-off.

How is pricing calculated?

Pricing decomposes into gold weight (priced against the international spot at production lock) and a per-piece making charge. Quoted in USD or IDR.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard terms are 30% deposit on order, 70% balance before despatch — settled through formal banking channels with full SWIFT trail.

Do you offer white-label / OEM manufacturing?

Yes. Our atelier produces fully white-label collections under your brand, including custom packaging, branded hallmark and exclusive designs covered by NDA.

What is the OEM MOQ?

From 50 pieces per design. Lower MOQs may be agreed for bridal hero pieces by negotiation.

Will my designs remain confidential?

Yes. All OEM work is covered by mutual NDA and designs are produced exclusively for your brand. We do not list OEM-produced designs in our own catalogue.

Can you support our in-house designers?

Yes. We work from finished CAD, hand sketches, or a written brief — and our in-house design team can fully develop a concept with you.

Where do you ship to?

Worldwide via Brink's and Sequel insured airfreight. Primary markets are UAE, India, Mainland China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the UK and the wider EU.

What documents do you provide at export?

Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, assay certificate, item-level specification sheet, hallmark register and airway bill.

What KYB documents do you require?

Certificate of incorporation, business / trade licence, tax registration, importer licence (if applicable), director ID, UBO disclosure (≥25%), board resolution and bank reference.

Is the shipment insured?

Yes. All shipments are fully insured door-to-door under our carrier's policy. Insurance certificate available at despatch.
